Our technical staff work in an atmosphere focused on learning and professional growth, and they are dedicated to providing a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and clients. We have a low patient to technician ratio so that our technicians have the time to give our patients the extra TLC and focused care they need.
Because of the skill required to deliver care to critical patients, preference will be given to candidates (non-licensed experienced technicians encouraged to apply) with two or more years experience in emergency and/or specialty practice. The successful candidate will have the interpersonal skills needed to work as a colleague with our staff and to work harmoniously in a large, multi-department veterinary hospital.
Successful candidates will display excellent attention to detail and the flexibility to shift priorities as dictated by the needs of patients and clients. Wages are commensurate with experience and education. CVRC offers an excellent benefit package. A valid Radiation Certification is preferred. Candidates must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 40lbs on a regular basis.
